These terms govern your use of Mosaic Atlas ("the app"), operated by Cyberflux Enterprises Private Limited and released under the Mythic Motion brand. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Ownership

The app — including its puzzles, artwork, text, and software — is owned by Cyberflux Enterprises Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, disrupt its normal operation, or attempt to access it or its content in unauthorised ways.

Purchases

The app offers an optional one-time Remove Ads purchase, processed by the app store. Purchases are subject to the app store's terms and refund policies. Remove Ads disables in-app advertising and can be restored through the app store on your account.

Advertising

The free version of the app displays ads. How ad-related data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyberflux Enterprises Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If you continue to use the app after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
